If you don't have a health care background or call center background we will pay to put you through three weeks of training, 

This is a temp to hire role through Volt Workforce Solutions in which you will be taking Inbound Phone Calls scheduling Medical Appointments for the HealthPartners network of clinics. There will be occasional outbound phone calls for a follow up with a patient/clinic.  60-90 calls per day while toggling between 6-8 different web based applications- must be computer efficient.

Hours: Must be available from 7AM-9:30PM, M-F AND every other weekend 7AM-5PM. Set schedule will be assigned between these hours after training. 

Pay: $18.00

Start Date: Monday, January 4th

What are we looking for?

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be available until 9:30PM and every other weekend
  • Must have High school diploma or GED
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent with computers
  • Excellent attendance and Punctuality
  • 2+ years customer service experience
