Volt has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative!

Requirement Detail/Qualifications Products Group, the Customer Service Representative is the point of contact for support activities. Working within a team-oriented environment, the position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: •Handle all inbound calls •Provide customer service updates and assistance with callers. •Responsible for orders including Spare Parts, Consumables •Ensure customer invoices are updated to meet customer needs and expectations •Prepares weekly and monthly activity reports •Minimum 1 year previous, preferably in the technology industry, with an excellent understanding of relating the technology’s value to a customer’s business need. •Familiar with standard office equipment, knowledge of major CRM (flexible and self-sufficient) •Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Ability to work in self-directed and fast paced environment •Positive attitude •Must be able to work in a team environment while maintaining independence
