We have a superb opportunity for a Customer Service Representative for a Supply Chain Management Company in the Southeast Metro Area.

Job Description:

Candidate is in charge of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. In this role you will be the lead contact for customers and will be responsible for all orders/changes and returns. You will also handle and resolve all matters pertaining to the customer. This position will communicate directly with management any obstacles or challenges that customers are facing so that you can work to a resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Highly level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
  • Strong computer skills, with Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills

    Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Payrate: $17.00 - $18.00
