Administrative Coordinator

2-3 months with possible extension

M-F 8am-5pm

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a well-known and multinational courier delivery services company in search of a Customer Service Representative for their Auburn team. This position supports the Import Team by:

  • Checking status of inbound air freight with airlines
  • Scheduling delivery of cargo to end customer via trucking company via phone and email
  • Following up on status, tracks orders in Excel, and confirming delivery/receipt of cargo to final destination
  • Issuing and scheduling checks, sending out bills, and accepting payments

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Related Customer Service experience required
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong typing and 10 key abilities
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
