General Summary:

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ensure accurate, timely and efficient customer support
  • Respond to complex email and web chat inquiries
  • Knowledge with medical plan coverage, issuing authorizations, processing verification of eligibility.
  • Identifying and resolving payment errors and accurate completion of documentation/forms.
  • Effectively educate members on the value and benefit of company product, service and Doctor network. 
  • Remain current on changes to customer service policy, procedures and product
  • Identify and analyze trends and communicate to appropriate business partner, suggest corrections, changes and/or solutions
  • Maintain and organize correspondence
  • Respond to minimum incoming calls


  • Able to effectively navigate through systems
  • Two years of CSR experience in the Optical industry
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to articulate information effectively via phone, email and webchat
  • Clearly document customer situations and prepare letters to confirm agreements
  • Proficient with MS Office Word and Outlook
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently
  • Ability to meet CSR requirements, work 96% computer work
  • Able to work full range office hours  

Pay range $15.00-18.00/hr DOE
