This exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Representative involves responding to customer inquiries and problems by providing information or directing requests to others who can supply the necessary information for service!


The location of this position is in downtown San Antonio. However, the client has their own parking lot so you don't have to concern yourself with metered parking or parking garage fees! 


  • Professional communication and Customer Service skills
  • Must be efficient and organized to handle multiple task assigned at the same time
  • Work successfully in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
  • Establish and maintain tactful, courteous, and effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the general public
  • Possesses the sense of urgency
  • Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications
  • Able to work overtime, holidays, nights and weekends when needed
  • Excellent attendance record


  • Must have at least a high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience 
  • Have an extensive knowledge of the food service industry.
  • ?Highly recommended - dispatching experience 
  • Preferred Warranty and Service Call experience 

Hours of operation: Monday - Friday / 8 AM - 5 PM; or as per business needs. 

Pay Range: $10 - $12 per hour.
