Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a boating company in Newport Beach that specializes in taking people out to sea for a variety of excursions to help identify a few Customer Service Representatives for immediate hire. 

In this role you would be responsible for the following customer service and sales duties.

Duties will entail:

  • Working in a high volume, fast paced, fun environment
  • Answering incoming calls that will involve reservations and general inquiries about services
  • Performing outbound calls to confirm trips or set up future excursions
  • Data entry of reservations
  • Send out confirmations of reservations

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous phone and/or call center experience preferred
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Have proficiency using MS Office
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

We are hiring 2 – 4 people.  We are looking for people flexible to rotate shifts. The shifts are 9am – 5:30pm, 10:30am – 7pm, 11:30am – 8pm and 12:30pm – 9pm. In December, they will also need people to work 1:30 – 10pm or 2pm – 10:30pm.

Positions are long term temp in nature but could lead to a full time, permanent role. Benefits are offered upon permanent hire.
