Job Description

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives who can work in the Santa Barbara area.  If you have 2+ years of superior customer service experience, send us your resume by applying now! 

Ideal candidates must be motivated to take on a variety of tasks and should be extremely reliable, self-motivated and have a positive, professional attitude. They must enjoy working with and helping customers with their needs.

Responsibilities may include: Listening closely to each customer’s needs and accurately documenting any concerns; Communicating accurately with customers and internal teams to establish time commitments and resolutions; Answering incoming customer service calls; Resolving customer inquiries and issues; Documenting communications clearly; Ability to adapt to new and changing situations or duties.

Minimum 2 years of superior customer service experience; Ability to multi-task in fast-paced office environments; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong computer skills. Bachelor degree preferred but not required.

Compensation: $14 to $22, DOE
