Job Description

Recognized for both business successes and for being a great employer, our client, located near Steubenville Pike and close to Pittsburgh International Airport, has a great full-time opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join their corporate location.

What skills and experience do you need? 

  • Professional, clear, and patient communication skills
  • Two or more years of related customer service calls or accounts receivable experience  
  • Ability to capture accurate details and be organized 
  • Proficient with typing, data entry and overall knowledge working with Microsoft Office 

The position will support responding to incoming calls regarding resolution of past due accounts.  You will assist customers in resolving delinquencies and reinstating customer credit lines.   There will also be interaction with other internal departments and administrative support as necessary.  This is sensitive information and will require accurate documentation. 

This is a Monday - Friday position, with traditional business hours and, a great way to build your experience for career opportunities!
