Are you an ambitious individual that possesses a keen interest and background in Customer Service? If so, Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to showcase EXCEPTIONAL customer service support for a company specializing in the high technology industry.

This role will emphasize on excellent customer service supporting in multiple tasks; pre-qualifying customers, setting up appointments, all sales orders in a timely manner, correspond, resolve and listen to current clientele’s needs and provide solutions, and providing daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Ultimate candidate should have an established track record in Customer Service. Ideal individual should have 2-4 years ‘experience in a call center role and the ability to apply critical thinking, positive communication, and interpersonal skills. Must have accurate data entry, experience in Microsoft Office.

Additionally, this position requires a good level of enthusiasm in software technology and the drive to delight clients.
