Volt Workforce Solutions is Currently hiring for a Customer Service Supervisor. 

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing his customer service and sales representatives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

This role will emphasize on providing leadership to a customer service and sales team in multiple tasks; ensuring all sales orders are processed in a timely manner, correspond, resolve and listen to current clientele’s needs and provide solutions as well as other operational task as needed.

Ultimate candidate should have an established track record as a Customer Service Supervisor.   The individual should have a minimum of 6 years ‘experience and the ability to apply critical thinking, positive communication, and interpersonal skills. ***Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred****
