They also help injured workers return to their jobs in a safe and efficient manner through compassionate case management, reducing health care costs and disability expenses for our customers.

Job Description

Maintains direct contact with clients before and/or after the negotiations. Supports negotiation teams by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s). This position is a task based, support position including managing inboxes and queues and other tasks as needed and assigned.  Will also work with providers directly in handling payment issues, bill discrepancies and other customer service requests.  Will be working out of several systems to ensure that provider and clients' needs are met.

Days M-F Hours during training 7am-330pm during training and regular schedule after training will be 730pm-4pm


  • Must have customer service experience
  • Must be able to multitask and focus
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously
  • Must be organized and flexible
  • Experience with Microsoft office
  • Medical and Insurance background preferred
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Pay rate: $15/hr
