  • Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the negotiations.
  • Supports negotiation teams by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
  • Will also work with providers directly in handling payment issues etc. 
  • Will be working out of several systems to ensure that client and customer needs are met.


  • Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED equivalent required 
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Must be able to multitask and focus
    Must be organized and flexible
  • Experience with Microsoft office
  • Be able to type at least 55wpm and 55kpm on 10 key
