Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Planner Customer Service is to serve as a liaison between the Hubbell Lighting customer service groups and the factory teams with the express intent of enhancing service levels. Respond to customer service requests to expedite critical orders by communicating and coordinating with the manufacturing facility. Must thoroughly understand the company’s products and their applications along with possessing a strong appreciation for the need to meet customer deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Interface directly with customer service and manufacturing personnel – first point of contact.
? Coordinate with factory a priority schedule for completing manufacturing of critical orders.
? Communicate the importance of meeting delivery requirements per customer’s request in order to enhance service levels.
