Job Description

Brighton company seeking a CSR/Administrative Assistant with accounting background to manage the office, and handle duties for upper management. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.

Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Handle incoming calls for customers and prospective clients
  • Enter orders
  • Provide information to customers about the products and services
  • Assist customers effectively by solving order disputes such as late deliveries, special requirements, order changes, etc.
  • Coordinates empty drum pick-ups
  • Perform other related tasks as requested or assigned.
  • Performs aaccounting duties such as review and match paperwork for billing, and monitoring customer’s credits as required.
  • Prepares AP Batches and matches paperwork for billing
  • Managing payroll time sheets and submitting payroll data on a weekly basis

Skills required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 year experience working in a support and/or administrative assistant role and accounting background required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with Billing, inventory, record keeping, correspondence and sales preferred
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to perform duties safely and in compliance with all company, federal , state and local regulations
