Volt Workforce Solutions has great opportunities in the Health Insurance Industry.  Our client seeks qualified Large Group Customer Service Representatives to join their friendly yet professional work culture and join their organization. The Customer Service Representative will be working directly with Sales Executives, Brokers and Providers and will be responsible for conducting research and analyze issues, respond to telephone and written inquiries, provide membership and benefit modifications and answer sales questions.

Details may include; review insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims, explain policies and guidelines, retain soft and hard copy documentation, build and maintain relations and any related duties as requested.

This expanding business seeks strong candidates with recent, proven experience in Large Group Customer Service working in the Health Insurance industry. Must be well versed working with agents, brokers and providers and should have product knowledge experience, must have excellent customer service skills, and ability to apply critical thinking. We are seeking an energetic individual seeking to advance with a growing company. Current Life and Health License is a PLUS.
