Job Summary:

CSM is responsible for ensuring success of all assigned projects by coordinating, managing, and tracking execution of all project deliverables as defined within the SOW’s.  Supports the organization’s Mission and Values, by facilitating communication with client and employer stakeholders to ensure project success and client and employee satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison and represent the client in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner
  • Build field employee and client manager relationships through exceptional problem solving, ownership, and follow-through
  • Interview, select, and maintain an effective workforce
  • Assist in the completion of job descriptions, salary range, performance reviews and salary increases
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues in a confidential manner
  • Raise awareness and understanding of training available to employees and encourage them to develop additional skill sets
  • Manage employee performance through motivation, monitoring, and coaching
  • Conduct off boarding processes including termination, exit interviews, and backfill potential
  • Respond to, supervise, and complete work requested through SOW and change order work requests that involve labor and deliverables
  • Ability to interpret the needs of the client and the needs of leadership
  • Ability to interpret and present data and metrics that tell a story to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and evaluate project deliverables, timelines, and costs for each assigned project
  • Provide client with reports and information as required & requested in a timely manner
  • Assess program effectiveness, morale level, and training
  • Model exemplary customer service behaviors and act as “voice of the employee & client”
  • Interface with all levels of management within the client environment
  • Generate additional business within assigned portfolio by pursing renewals, providing sales support, and creation of renewal proposals & SOWs
  • Tracking of Purchase Orders by expiration date and dollar spend with the ability to obtain new PO’s when necessary
  • Take direction from more than one person and manage priorities
  • Availability and flexibility is an essential function of the job.

Position Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.  Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum
  • 1-3 years of managing and supervising employees
  • 1-3 years of experience in client management, customer service, and/or project management
  • Be adept at all MS Office products

  • Self-Starter
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests in an ambivalent culture while at the same time managing conflicting priorities and business interests
  • Proven client interfacing skills
  • Ability to develop open and positive relationships
  • Demonstrated problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
  • Good organizational skills and detailed-oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work with various personalities and styles of individuals
