Customer Support Representative - $16/ hour!!!
Volt has partnered with VeriFone in support of their new Tucson facility! We are looking for motivated, eager and friendly customer support professionals to work in their beautiful new call center east of downtown Tucson.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists customers with installation, operational, maintenance and or training related inquiries for products and applications.
  • Assists team members with customer call support.
  • Follows documentation and training materials to diagnose, resolve and escalate customers’ calls.
  • Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations while coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Knowledge and Experience:

Excellent knowledge of customer service practices and procedures. Stellar telephone and communications skills. Demonstrates self-control and empathy of customer situations.
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service practices and procedures
  • Strong telephone and communications skills
  • Practical computer skills including use of MS Windows and MS Office
  • Familiarity with standard internet technologies
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the payment processing industry
  • Accurately type 25 words per minute
This position pays $16.00/ hour (!!!) and is a contract to hire opportunity.
