Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a local health insurance provider whose innovative approach to the industry enables them to offer affordable healthcare coverage to businesses and employees.  This pioneering, industry-changer is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.  


  • Assist internal and external customers with technical and platform questions
  • Effectively trouble-shoot and resolve benefit administration system issues
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels within the organization
  • Educate employees and administrators on use of system to include best practices in training deployment and upload request processes
  • Create technical documentation and user training materials as needed


  • 3 years of customer support experience
  • Technically savvy with experience supporting customers with web-based software systems
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex customer support issues
  • Proficient with MS Office products including Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate and successfully complete projects in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to accept and successfully adapt to change
