Customer Support Specialist

Bothell, WA

6 Month Project

1st shift: 7-4 pm OR 8-5 pm

As the Customer Support Specialist you will support the Service and Technical Support departments by:

  • Answering and transferring incoming customer calls to appropriate technical support representative
  • Creating sales orders to return customer products
  • Verifying service record information
  • Providing pricing and availability on parts to customers
  • Creating service requests
  • Processing the shipping and receiving of products

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-4 years of Customer Service experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Organized and ability to multitask
