Job Description

Title: Customer Technical Support Specialist

Job type: Temp-to-hire

Payrate: $16 ($17 upon conversion)

What's most important:

  • Bachelor's degree in life science, behavioral science, or health-related field OR equivalent combination of education and job experience
  • 1 year of experience in customer, patient, and/or technical support role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable with working holidays

What you will be doing:

  • Responding to inbound calls and emails with confidence and empathy
  • Demonstrating good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for reaching customer solutions
  • ┬áRecording accurate and thorough documentation of customer communications in CRM system
  • Ensuring work is performed in compliance with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory & legal requirements
