Volt has partnered with an industry leading organization housed at the historic mill buildings in Manchester, NH.  Our client is looking to add a Data Analyst – Sales to their Sales Operations team. This individual will play a critical role in the maintenance and cleansing of CRM data. Responsibilities 

The main responsibility of this individual will be to own all facets of data integrity within the CRM system, as it relates to leads and accounts. This will be achieved by working with our CRM tool (Salesforce.com) to update demographic information for a significant number of key accounts. This individual will review and update missing and incorrect data. The role requires the utilization of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and SFDC reports to ensure all leads & opportunities are in the correct territory with accurate information which includes but not limited to HQ address, website, phone number, annual revenue, employee count, etc.

Also utilizing SFDC, this individual will review all accounts within each North American territory to correct any incorrectly assigned accounts and work with sales ops leadership to determine/confirm next steps. The same process will be requested for European accounts. 

This individual will work to validate address information for key accounts as well as provide ideas for process improvement to increase efficiencies within the role.

As a member of the sales operations team, this individual will have an opportunity to assist with handling tickets and learn the ticketing system (Jira). Background and professional experience in a sales environment is preferred.

Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Word and Excel required.
