Job Description

We are looking for Data Entry Clerks with great customer service skills.  The ideal candidate will have to be computer savvy with great attention to detail. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.

  • Type in billing information
  • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost


  • Data Entry experience
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Good written/communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer skills: MS Word and Excel
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Must maintain confidentiality of customer information
  • Organized, detailed oriented, thorough and able to handle heavy workloads and deadlines
  • Ability to perform general office tasks
