Data Clerk/Admin Clerk #148975

Our client located in Santa Clara CA, is looking to fill Data Clerk/Admin Clerk position for day shift 8:00am to 5:00pm or 7:00am to 4:00pm on a contract for 1 year, after hired or assignment extended depending on performance. Performing data entry tasks in an accurate and timely fashion according to team production standards. Perform standard data entry tasks according to team minimum production and accuracy standards, examine data records, inspect and record incoming data for completeness, accuracy of codes and other potential problems in processing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well under various stressful and time sensitive situations. Strong attention to detail.

Candidate is responsible for managing effectively large amounts of information and invoices. The target is to insert, update and maintain accurate information for the Tririga work order and invoicing application.

  • Insert asset, service and job plan data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
  • Keep information confidential
  • Confirm approved amounts for invoice entry
  • Invoice entry upon completion of work order and receipt of invoice
  • Correspond with Facilities and Vendors daily.
  • Manage work order close outs on PM Schedules
  • Cross reference line items on multiple spread sheets

  • Proven data entry working experience
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and data programs
  • Trustworthy with an eye for detail
  • Able to work with heavy volume work load
  • Able to hit invoice entry under limited time frame

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Some college, technical training or equivalent work experience required.

Ability to engage and clearly communicate to all levels of the organization.
