Data Management Clerk Needed in Florence, NJ

$20.25hr

Split Shift 11am - 7pm M-W, Fri- Sat

We are currently looking for a Data Management Clerk in Florence, NJ for a Cold Food Facility. This person would be responsible for assisting Human Resources and other members of management in the daily operations of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain work schedules for employees as needed
• Correct time in APD - Punches missed, correction etc.
• Make sure employees are clocking in/out correctly 
• Manage headcount reports
• Check messages and keep accurate records on attendance/call outs.
• Manage PTO calendar and request
• Manage daily reports - OT, shift reports etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills Needed...

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to Key in Data with no more than 2 errors. (test required)
• Maintain Confidentiality.
• High School Diploma/GED
