Job Description

Volt has an opportunity for you to become part of a prestigious team of professionals. We are seeking a Data Quality Support Analyst to work onsite in at our client’s facility in Peoria, IL.



Candidate Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Contribute to support of current critical data and assist with the validation of data in our customer’s data platform.
  • Maintain existing data quality scorecard measurements.
  • Resolve exceptions with data owners and both internal and external source systems.
  • Build relationships with external dealers to resolve XML issues and data quality issues.
  • Complete data comparisons and analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Work with the Data Quality team to identify and prioritize data quality issues.
  • Work with dealers to resolve data quality issues via email and phone.
  • Support ETL data mappings and update as needed to resolve data quality issues.
  • Build trust with dealers to identify and resolve data quality.

You should be able to demonstrate experience with:

  • 1+ years experience supporting ETL scripts and design
  • 3+ years of proven experience with SQL development experience
  • 1+ years of software development experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, Javascript, C++, Scala, etc
  • 1+ years of experience building and executing BI reports in tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools to complete the following tasks: Excel and CSV files for data comparisons, SharePoint for documentation and communications, etc.
  • XML and JSON file format knowledge
  • Strong ability to effectively and tactfully communicate orally and in writing, integrating non-technical terms with management, internal business partners and external dealers for information and reporting delivery solutions
  • Good organizational skills and an aptitude for complex analytical and detailed work; ability to prioritize among multiple concurrent projects in order to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a complex, rapidly changing, and culturally diverse environment.

Must be available to work on W2 for Volt. No C2C or 3rd party vendors please.
