Data & Reports Administrator in Irvine, CA at Volt

Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading company in Irvine to help identify a Data & Reports Administrator for immediate hire. 

In this role you will assist with:

• A high volume of data entry
• Coordinating data between internal departments and track data in appropriate database
• Creating and maintaining reports on a weekly and monthly basis
• Processing department invoices

To qualify you must possess:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel including working knowledge of pivot tables and v look ups
• 1-2 years of related experience

Position is temporary, expected to last 3 – 5 months starting ASAP.  Pay rate is between $20-25/hr depending on experience.  BA/BS degree is highly preferred but not required.
