Volt has an opportunity for you to become part of a prestigious team of professionals. We are seeking a  Dealer Infrastructure Analyst to work onsite at our John Deere's facility in East Moline, IL. This is a contingent position expected to last 2 years.   

In this role you will provide technical support to end users resolving complex issues impacting their business operations. Consulting on end user’s technical environments in an effort to reduce security vulnerabilities, improve end use experience and keeping pace with constant change of technology. Providing clear and concise documentation on end user facing solutions.

Duties Include and Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills, both through written and verbal communication.
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, specifically with AD, DNS and Intune.
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Office365 products, specifically with Enterprise licensed services.
  • Proficient with developing and executing Microsoft PowerShell scripts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Server 2012 and/or Microsoft Server 2016, including configuration, installation, administration, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Experience designing, configuring and/or troubleshooting LAN and WAN network infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routers, Firewalls and Content Filtering.
  • Experience executing complex technical projects or technical system installations.
  • Ability to carry rotating on-call phone to support business needs, normally one week every other month, which may include holidays. Regular on-call schedule is 4pm-10pm CST Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm CST Saturday and 9am-4pm CST Sunday.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Citrix XenApp and/or MS RemoteApp application virtualization.
  • Experience with reporting tools, specifically Power BI and Tableau.
  • Proficient with GITHUB.
  • Ability to train and coach other analysts on processes and provide guidance on complex technical issues.
  • Experience with commercial point of sale/debit solutions, including payment processing, device troubleshooting and maintenance.

Must be available to work on W2 to Volt. No C2C or 3rd party vendors please.
