Currently, we are looking for an individual who has a minimum of 3 years of dental technician experience and a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience. This could be a great career change for the right person!

Production Supervisor ~ Supervises employees in all dental production departments; overlook production flow, quality control, scheduling, distribution and production teams; serve as a liaison between different divisions and departments

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinates work schedule for scheduling, distribution, quality control, and other supervisors; serves as a liaison between other divisions/departments.
  • Communicates with customers, colleagues, dental technicians, and mangers in a prompt articulate manner.
  • Answers inbound telephone calls and makes outbound calls; complies with customer service policies and procedures meeting call center operational standards.
  • Assists customers in problem solving, planning, development, and execution of stated goals and objectives.
  • Ensures customer retention and satisfaction; evaluates each case thoroughly for quality control assurance.
  • Works closely with quality control specialists; addresses issues regarding quality standards.
  • Assures compliance with quality standards and standard operating procedures.
  • Assists and trains technicians whom require further educational advancement.
  • Conducts interviews and hires staff to maintain appropriate staffing levels in the department as directed.
  • Handles employee relations matters including but not limited to performance management and enforcement of corrective or disciplinary actions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience as a dental technician or certified dental technician (CDT) and minimum two (2) years of leadership experience.
  • Must possess proficient English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must possess effective oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel in a professional and effective manner.
