Job Title: Windows 10 Deployment Technician

Description:

You are a part of a team that is responsible for a large, Windows 10 upgrade project, where you will be following a set list of instructions and responsible for deploying Windows 10 in an enterprise environment.  You may also be asked to assist with hardware setup and configuration, as well as documentation efforts. 

Requirements:

  • Currently holds A+ certification and/or enrolled in, or recently graduated from 2 or 4 year technology program
  • Prior experience performing Windows 7/10 upgrades preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with PC support including deployment
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills of computers, Microsoft Operating Systems (including Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Servers, networking (TCP/IP), and various PC end-user applications (MS Office 2007/2010/Office 365) including Access, electronic mail, Terminal Services, VPNs, etc.).
  • Should be well versed in desktop repair configuration and troubleshooting Windows based systems including Windows 7/10.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with direct client interaction
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must be adaptable to change in processes or required activities
  • Must have strong attention to detail and be a quick learner
  • Must have a professional appearance and behavior including punctuality
