Title:                             Desktop Support Job # 119595
LOCATION                   Feasterville-Trevose PA 19053
Type                             3 Month Contract to Hire Full Time

Slightly staggered shifts Monday-Friday covering from 7:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.. 8 hrs
8-hour work days with a 45-minute unpaid lunch
Start times: 7:30 A.M. - 8:00 A.M. 9:00 A.M.

On call responsibilities for major incidents

Volt has partnered with a large managed services provider in search of a Desktop Support Technician to sit on-site at a large global organization.

The desktop technician will need to provide support for hardware, software and mobile devices.  The techs will need to occasionally travel to the Jersey City Executive Office to provide support.  Candidates will need strong customer service skills and be expected to be able to work with executives when needed.  Techs must have in depth knowledge and understanding of imaging and be able to create images, maintain/update them as needed.
