This position provides end user support for roughly 200 users running Windows 7, MS Office and various graphics applications including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD and Revit.

A good understanding of PC hardware, principles of networking and the ability to adapt to new applications is needed.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide support to roughly 80 users on Windows 7 workstations and laptops
  • Diagnose and repair PC hardware
  • Support and troubleshoot MS Office and various graphic applications
  • Provide end user training, as needed, in the use of computers, applications, hardware, and security practices
  • Support, maintain and troubleshoot printers
  • Manage users in
  • Manage phone extensions in Shoretel phone system


  • Minimum 4 years of related experience
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Strong people skills
  • Able to troubleshoot applications you have not been exposed to before
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to multitask
  • Professional attire a must

  • $21.00 - $23/hour, DOE
