Volt is hiring right away for an an exciting new manufacturing opportunity in Fremont!

Multiple Shifts available

This position will be working in a production clean room with an innovative optoelectronics manufacturer. 

KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load and Unload testers
• Wafer, Bar and Die testing
• Assemble tech product in production clean room
• Inspect parts and product during assembly/manufacturing process
• Ability to perform detailed Data Entry
• Perform transactions in MES for tracking Wafers through each step
• Data entry and have a basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC).
• Compressed work week: Day Shift 3-day, 4-day

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School diploma
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Ability to have good communication skills in order to communicate with engineers.
