Job Responsibilities:

• Continuous Flow Manufacturing

• Drive alignment of the supply%2? 0plan and ensure achievement of the demand plan. Ensure the%?20appropriate data is available to understand scenarios and make? decisions.

• Contribute to the%2? 0weekly Operations and Leadership meetings to monitor status aga? inst the agreed sales and operating plan. Make changes to ? production and materials plan as needed. Ensure closed loop ? communication with customer service and operations.

• Ensure short term production schedules consid? er constraints and processes are in place to monitor schedule%?20adherence • Ensure materials availability by properly d? efining and executing

• Monitor on%?2Dtime delivery, inventory and freight performance to plan. ? Identify areas for improvement and drive implementation. Monitor? supporting process metrics as appropriate.

• Develop inventory policies that meet supply chain%2? 0objectives and support business strategy. Monitor inventory pos? itions against policy. Ensure inventory levels are in line w? ith customer service goals. Identify supply chain improvements%2? 0that will enable inventory management improvements.

Qualifications:

%?26bull; BS in Supply Chain, Science, MBA preferred.

• 7 - 10 years of experience in%2? 0a manufacturing environment 

&bull%3? B High experience level with ERP systems and overall proficien? cy with technology tools that enable planning and reporting.%3? C/p>

• Experience with LEAN manufacturing? and relevant concepts/methodologies

&bull? ; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in ? developing and utilizing pivot tools and macros
