Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Dispatch

Job Summary:

As a customer service representative/dispatcher your responsibility is to answer phones, schedule customers, dispatch information and coordinate the plumbers’ routes. You will manage pickup and delivery of parts to projects, schedule maintenance of equipment and vehicles according to schedules. This position will also be responsible for customer follow up, customer service surveys, and online reviews. Overall, this position has lots of moving parts, person-to-person interaction, and working closely with our Operations Manager to ensure everything flows efficiently.
 

Qualifications:

  • Love working with people, customers and employees
  • Must be able to answer phones and answer customer questions
  • Use our software to schedule and manage routes
  • Manage sales leads, online review platforms and social media outlets for content posting
