Title:  Division Order Analyst

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze Division / Transfer Orders and compare to in-house calculations for Working and Royalty interest to reconcile any differences.
  2. Well administrator for over 1000+ producing Horizontal Wells across 5 states.
  3. Track participation and election status for upcoming wells, and producing wells that we own interest in.
  4. Manage Well Election Letters, interface with technical team and facilitate participation decisions. 
  5. Reconcile pay status with accounting for all wells.
  6. Maintain future AFE payment forecast, and track which wells we have paid for.
  7. Maintain list of Vertical Wells that we own an interest in. 

Daily Tasks:

  1. Communicate directly with operator to review interest calculations, title documents, and JOA documents.
  2. Update and maintain lease and tract table for all lease and mineral assets.
  3. Calculate Working Interest, verify lease royalty percentage, and calculate NRI.
  4. Scan, file, and manage well documents.
  5. Use State and County websites to pull down well and lease related information.
  6. Communicate with land administrator, accounting, technical team, and GIS team for well related issues.
  7. Support Lead and Deal Workflow as needed.
  8. Provide Board Meeting data support for well related items.
  9. Process new wells into internal tracking systems.
  10. Draft operator notification letters for review and submittal. 
  11. Tract operator notification dates for new assets.
  12. Organize all well related documents into internal filing system.
  13. Maintain list of operator contacts.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  1. Calculating Working Interest based off lease and/or title documents.
  2. Microsoft Office, Excel mastery a must have.
  3. Land Admin software experience a plus.
  4. Experience with State and County Websites a plus.
  5. Land administrative work.
  6. Verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Detail Oriented.
