Volt is immediately Hiring an Electrical Assembler  In Austin, TX, 78728!

As an RMA Technician you will:

  • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair returned units.
  • Track and document RMA status accurately.
  • Receive and process returned products and materials.
  • Inspect, test, and troubleshooting returned equipment or components.
  • Determine root causes failures and document findings.
  • Perform basic repairs or coordinate repairs with appropriate departments.
  • Maintain accurate RMA records and update tracking systems.
  • Verify warranty status and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate return status and findings to internal teams.
  • Coordinate product replacements, repairs, or returns to customers.
  • Assist with inventory control and disposition of returned materials.

This is a full-time opportunity

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience conducting evaluations, calibrations, or repairs on electronic test equipment or similar devices.
  • Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair returned units.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track and document RMA status accurately.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid communication skills, able to relay findings and status clearly to requestors, TSRs, and cross functional teams.
  • Comfort working across multiple software platforms simultaneously, including Salesforce and the RMA tracking board.
  • A proactive mindset for resolving discrepancies and responding to issues before end of shift.

Pay Rate: $18 to $20

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
