Do you have experience training others in a technical environment? If so Volt Workforce Solutions has just the position for you! We are currently looking for qualified candidates to train other technicians. This position will be working at a well-known company in the Elk Grove area.

Primary responsibilities will be to train technicians on the following:

" Collecting technical data and performing data entry.

" Troubleshooting on computer devices.

" Uploading software on computer devices.

" Scanning, packing handling, and wiping down devices.

" Problem solving using reports and computer systems.

" Weekly/Monthly problem and performance reporting.

" Excel experience required.

" Strong verbal and written communication skills.

" Prior training experience in a technical environment.

" Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts.

" Ability to bend, stoop and reach.

" Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 50 lbs.

" Strong verbal and written communication skills.

" Ability to train new hires, process documentation, and conduct audits.

" Ability to train and ensure employees are qualified to perform their assigned activities.

" Ability to maintain and monitor measures of objective performance as it relates to safety, training, quality, and productivity.
