Job Description

The Employee Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining positive employee and client relationships as well as several administrative processes.
Job Duties:

  • Make temporary assignment job offers
  • Onboard contingent workers, carefully following client pre-employment screening procedures
  • Ensure all employment documents meet federal, state and city guidelines
  • Handle all incoming employee and client questions for designated accounts
  • Provide detailed new start information and procedures to new employees
  • Ensure all time cards are received and paychecks generated
  • Follow to resolution any pay or bill inquiries or issues
  • Provide coaching and counseling to field employees, as required
  • Maintain client and employee tracking systems
  • Offboard contingent workers

Requirements:

  • Self starter with attention to details
  • Great customer service and follow up skills
