Entry Level IT (CRM/ERP) Analyst Role – University City San Diego, 92122

– Estimated 6 to 8 months contract with a chance to go direct based on working environment

– $20 to $27/hr

Our Client is a leading provider of information and workflow solutions to the Property & Casualty Claims Industry and their supply chain partners. They solve interesting and complex problems that directly affect the customers our clients serve. They are constantly adapting to stay on the forefront of emerging technologies and work diligently to maintain their position as a thought leader within this industry.

This is an Entry Level IT support Analyst – no experience necessary, training provided, this person will be supporting certain software applications and making sure applications are working properly.

Daily Duties: 

  • There is a training program for about 6 months, so no experience is necessary.
  • This person will be working CRM (customer relationship management software like Salesforce and Netsuite). 
  • The candidate will be testing the individual code and then making sure it integrates with other code and that they all work together. 
  • Upgrades and release of applications will be pushed out as well. 
  • You will be responding to tickets and incidents for troubleshooting the software applications.
  • The candidate will eventually configure system settings and options, user management, profiles, roles and permissions as well as troubleshoot application issues.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 0 -2 years of experience with an IT focus or some type of technical aptitude
  • Entry level Position – can be out of College with Bachelor’s degree with an IT focus and good technical aptitude
  • Great communication, self starter and willingness to learn
