Volt Workforce Solutions may have the opportunity for you. We are teaming with Texas Instruments, the largest semiconductor company in Maine.  Your experience in manufacturing, fast food or the retail industry could transfer easily to our client.

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will provide support to the operation of machinery used in the wafer fabrication process:

  • Flexible hours enable you to balance your work and personal life
  • Stable full-time hours. Facility operates 24 hours/day, 365 days/year
  • Each shift is 12 hours in length - you will earn regular overtime for any hours exceeding 8 hours/day (on average 3.8 hours/day)!!
  • Work in a professional corporate environment
  • Expect to be on your feet 100% of the time
  • Clean room environment which requires full smocking including face masks and goggles
  • Eligible for 9 paid holidays per year


  • High school degree or equivalent
  • A stable and steady work history with at least one plus year of work experience
  • Excellent previous work references from past supervisors
  • Good communication and hands-on learner skills
  • Previous experience standing on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Flexible to work days, nights or weekends
  • Basic computer operating skills
  • Ability to work in a confined area (clean room) and comfortable wearing a full body smock
