Entry Level Vehicle Admin with Car Rental Experience in Santa Ana, CA at Volt

Our Volt Irvine branch has partnered with a top automotive manufacturing company in Fountain Valley to help identify 3 Vehicle Administration Clerks to start ASAP.

In this role you will be responsible for working at their corporate headquarters, in their corporate vehicle leasing department performing the following:

• providing superior customer service to VIP's and internal employees
• processing incoming and outgoing vehicle lease paperwork (copying, delivering, and filing)
• relocating vehicle to various floors of the parking structure
• auditing vehicle files when requested
• inspecting vehicles upon return
• creating new vehicle file folders
• driving vehicles off site to be fueled or washed
• process the turn in vehicles for auction
• cover reception desk

Requirements include:

• A completed BS / BA degree preferred (not required)
• Experience working or a car rental company (Enterprise Rent-a-car, Hertz, Avis, etc)
• have strong communication skills
• Be friendly and approachable, and professional
• be able to multi-task and jump in wherever needed

Hours are full time, M-F from 8am - 5pm. Positions are long term temp for 12 months with potential to go temp to higher. Pay is $18/hr. We may pay more based on experience.
