Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify a Vehicle Administration to assist with receiving and auction responsibilities.

In this role you will:

  • assist with receiving all incoming company vehicle and ensuring they are not damaged and can be distributed to the appropriate staff and departments
  • relocate vehicles to various staffing areas as needed for efficient parking and vehicle administration
  • conduct pre-deliver inspections in order to notify Vehicle Administration staff of any vehicle issues
  • enter receiving information into SAP Company car system for record keeping and audit purposes
  • distribute vehicle folders to Vehicle Administration staff as a method to notify Vehicle Administration that the vehicle is ready to be distributed to employee / division
  • add temporary license plate backing to each vehicle as an effort to market brand
  • coordinate pick-up all returned vehicles to be sent to nearest authorized auction location

Requirements:

  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • be comfortable with driving vehicles to be  gassed and washed
  • have excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
  • Bachelors degree is preferred but not required

We are looking to start someone the first or second week of January 2020.  Position is long term temporary, expected to last 1 year, possibly longer. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm.  Pay rate is $20/hr.
