Job Description

Are you an experience Coordinator with experience in SAP?  Are you proficient with Pivot Tables, formula creation, and Macros in MS Excel?  Do you have inventory management experience?  If so, then you may be the candidate that we are looking for!

We are seeking a candidate with exceptional skills in MS Excel that has SAP and inventory management experience to work with our client, a manufacturer of agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, diesel engines, drivetrains, and lawn care equipment.  The selected candidate will work this first shift position (flexible start time at either 7am or 8am) for over 2 years in Grovetown, GA as the EPDP Coordinator.  The selected candidate will support management of non-production physical inventory in SAP.  The Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) Coordinator manages and supports the application of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) at the unit level for new product development and product upgrade programs.  The Coordinator will document and track design and quality related issues to closure throughout the project.  The documentation will include the creation of non-conformance issues in an online system.  The major responsibilities for this position are:

  • Creating and managing Non-Conforming Corrective Actions in an online database
  • Assisting in the understanding and application of established quality and inventory policies and procedures; adapts process changes to unique unit requirements.
  • Scheduling and facilitating meetings related to these tasks.
  • Managing non-production part inventory and requests in SAP for builds of non-production vehicles

Other responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the application of Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP), Phase Reviews for levels 1 - 6 and 5-star process at the unit level to ensure that project goals are met.
  • Assisting Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) teams
  • Providing administrative support, compiling information, analyzing reports, creating summaries, and preparing material to be used in presentations.
  • Contacting other units to obtain data and assist team members with data gathering and research for Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) documentation.
  • Maintaining unit Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) documentation, tracking cost reduction projects, and preparing summary reports to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Developing and maintaining complex websites for the unit
  • Accountable for site security administration and structure of required program documentation on the server.
  • Providing continuing education and training on Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) tools to users of engineering processes and systems through formal classroom settings and one-on-one coaching.
  • Assisting in the understanding and application of established engineering policies and procedures; adapting process changes to unique unit requirements.
  • Scheduling and facilitating meetings related to the program

Required KSAOs

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • QA Issues Tracking
  • Tractor Terminology
  • Must have SAP experience
  • Warehouse inventory management experience
  • Excel including formula creation, data analysis, including Pivot Tables, and Macro use

Desired KSAOs

  • Program management experience
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint
