Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading automotive company in Fountain Valley to help identify an Escalated Consumer Affairs Representative for immediate hire.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • answering inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries
  • providing the highest level of service and support to customers that have experienced as a safety issue or concern with their vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • providing service and support to customers through effective and efficiency case management
  • investigating and analyzing customer safety and product liability claims and quickly resolve them
  • work collaboratively with members of the legal team to address issues of concern


  • 1 – 2 years of consumer affairs, customer service or call center experience
  • Automotive experience preferred, not required

Pay rate is $20/hr.  Hours are M-F from 8am – 5pm. Position is temp for now, estimated to last until 4/2020, possibly longer. It also offers a foot in the door of a top company always hiring on our talent.
