Job Description

Working primarily for a wealthy Montecito family of a growing property management business, we are looking for an strong Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Initially, this is a 25 hour a week, part-time position, with the opportunity of it becoming full-time during tax season period. The starting salary is $25 to $35 per hour depending one experience. 

Duties include supporting the family in there daily office needs, working with our bookkeeper on financial reporting, and managing general administrative activities. The ideal candidate is organized, versatile, has an ability to multi-task, possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, and be conversant in the use of office and computer tools, such as MS Excel. Knowledge of Quickbooks would be a must.

If you also have previous experience as an office manager or executive administrative assistant, and live within a reasonable commute to their Santa Barbara/Montecito office, we’d like to meet you.

Job Type: Part-time, flexible schedule. 

Experience:

  • Executive Assistant: 5 years (Required)
  • Executive Support: 3 years (Required)

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Compensation: DOE
