Local and reputable CPA Accounting Firm is hiring for an Executive Assistant with strong attention to detail, high level of professionalism and great retention skills. The main function of this role is to support the managing partner, however you will be asked to also support all other 5 partners as needed, and must be able to work efficiently with the other Executive Assistants on staff. 

Also, be prepared to take MS Office Suite evaluations including MS Access, as well as a Data Entry Evaluation. 


• Fully support partners in the firm with all administrative responsibilities 

• Manage and maintain detailed projects and assist with client matters

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings

• Support departments including tax, audit and client accounting services


This is a full-time position. Must have a Bachelor’s degree, with 5-10 years of experience, as well as working computer knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail! You must have a professional and courteous manner.

During tax season overtime hours are required and the whole firm works 50-60 hours a week to met deadlines. 

Position offers competitive pay and benefits, including health insurance benefits, premiums are paid by employer 100% but there is a cost for dependents. We offer 401(k) Plan, a Flexible Benefit Plan, as well as profit-sharing and bonus opportunities. PTO is 3 weeks a year. 

Salary offered for this role is based on experience, but a preferably range is $50k- $70k
