Job Description

Summary:

Career Executive Assistant (EA) experienced with supporting multiple VP and C-suite executives. This position will be based in Southern CA, (South Bay & Valley)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Ensure efficiency and maximize the time of the executives
  • Heavy management of calendars, travel (domestic and international), and personal schedules and appointments
  • Shadow the executives' schedules
  • Process executive expense reports in a timely manner
  • Support and exemplify the Company's culture and values
  • Compile and/or edit board level documents and presentations, ensuring consistency with formatting and content with an emphasis in PowerPoint, including executive communications, strategic plans, and BOD letters
  • Compile meeting agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items and issues to closure
  • Build and develop key relationships with the corporate team and corresponding individuals
  • Maintain timely, accurate, tactful and ongoing communication between C-level leaders and multiple constituents, including business partners and BOD members
  • Quickly pivot with changes and be available as business needs arise, including after-hours support
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and proficiency with Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Understand and perform functions in accordance with established Company processes
  • Other duties may be assigned

Travel:
