Job Description:

This Support team is a newly formed team who has been tasked with supporting a global audience of Senior/Executive level professionals. The Onsite Executive Support professional is responsible for providing expert technical support at the Executive level and also increasing the user's efficiency with internal Digital Tools that are in use. The role will also include building relationships with our Top Executives, their Executive Assistants, and IT in house and outsourced teams, as well as assist with change management of small projects and programs being deployed to the work streams. .

Top Executive Support – SPOC for Top Executives

a. To be the primary team interface for Top Executive members and their Executive Assistants in the region for incidents, requests, or communications.

b. End to End oversight of all issues and requests of our top Business Leaders into the TES channels until resolution to ensure tickets are being handled through appropriate channels, actions and urgency.

c. To manage and exceed support expectations with agility & Quality.

d. Manage any IT requests or support requirements for Executive events that fall within their region for the Executive calendar: QBR’s, Leadership Forum/Pulse, Board Events

Relationship Management

a. Improve and develop local Top Executive relationships with our Top Leaders and Executive Assistant community to build confidence and trust in an IT support and IT advisory relationship.

b. Build and foster relationships to create a support network in the existing Regional/ IT Outsourced Partners ecosystem of resources.

c. Partner with other internal groups to improve overall experience with IT Tools and systems used by Business Leaders

i. Partner with Business Relationship Managers to ensure Digital processes and systems meet the needs of the business leaders

ii. Partner with End User Experience group to ensure Digital tools meet the needs of the business leaders.

iii. Provide regular update to the team leadership on Executive usage of the companies tools and feedback from business leaders’ experience with the tools.

d. Increasing overall Digital Customer Satisfaction, specifically related to the Top Leaders and Top Executive Support process.

i. Identify and improve any gaps in current support processes that affect Leader’s ability to effectively use their company IT tools.  

ii. Assist in improving current customer experience feedback methods (i.e. regular check-ins, formalized customer surveys, etc)

iii. Help Business Leaders to help develop plans to more effectively use tools within their teams, to help improve collaboration and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent Executive relationship management.
  • Strong verbal, written communication skills
  • Excellent Desktop Support background including troubleshooting and resolution
  • Knowledge of enterprise level processes and procedures for support.
