Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Goleta CA

Job description :

Volt is working with an Aerospace company to find maintenance technicians. The right team will work with a team of technicians to assist the engineers on site. Looking for candidates with interest or experience in facilities trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems, perform preventative maintenance on building infrastructure, diagnose systems when not performing nominally, and complete requests for the team of engineers and technicians.

 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Soft skills, initiative, and teamwork prioritized over technical experience.
  • Possible opportunity to move to more advanced roles in other departments which support manufacturing of satellite components after proven success in facilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and follow written procedures
  • Demonstrated high degree of self-discipline to follow policies and procedures
  • Ability to read, write and interpret written instructions in English
  • Ability to multitask, and prioritize work
